ITF encourages good behaviour

In ITF's post about the upcoming Christmas it is said that all Taekwondo kids must behave well during the long-awaited annual event, in relationship with their Taekwondo code of honor (also includes courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit). Children are encouraged not to open their presents before the proper time (it's tempting though), or to say 'Thank you' when they receive their gifts (that is, courtesy). In their post they also wrote:

Not everyone celebrates Christmas but almost all Taekwon-Do students share the day with family and friends. So what has TKD got to do with Christmas? You might be surprised how many times the tenets of Taekwon-Do will come in handy during the festive season!

So kids, merry Christmas and remember to obey your Taekwondo rules ^_^

See here the ITF original post.
